Designed to flatter, the Belen Dress is made from a high quality cotton voile fabric our exclusive blue spring floral print. It features ruffle detailing across neckline and waist, gathered cups with elasticated draw detailing, cutout under bust, a flattering shirred waist, a flouncy triple tiered skirt.
