We have designed our home studio to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for your appointment. We kindly ask that all clients and their guests treat the space with respect.

If you are interested in trying on a particular garment, please contact us prior to booking to confirm its availability. Try-on appointments open on Sunday evenings for the week ahead, and we post a weekly update every Monday outlining any garments that are unavailable.

A try-on deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully redeemable against any hire piece booked within 7 days of your appointment.

YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TIME THAT WORKS FOR ME?

RNTL Studio is proudly owner-operated, and appointments are managed alongside the owner's full-time work and study commitments. As a result, appointment availability is limited.

If you’re hoping to book a try-on appointment outside of our available booking times, please send us a message via Instagram (@rntl.studio) or email us at support@rntlstudio.com, and we’ll be happy to let you know if we can accommodate your request.

HOW MANY GARMENTS CAN I TRY ON?

RNTL Studio offers two try-on appointment options to suit your needs:

• 15-minute appointment – Try on up to 3 garments
• 30-minute appointment – Try on up to 6 garments

Please select the appointment duration that best reflects the number of garments you would like to try on, allowing enough time for a comfortable and personalised experience.

Please note, appointments do not run overtime.

I CAN'T FIND YOUR ADDRESS?

RNTL Studio is a home-based studio located in Carseldine, Brisbane. To ensure the privacy and security of our space, the studio address will be provided directly to clients on the day of their try-on appointment.

DO YOU DO POSTAL TRY ONS?

Unfortunately, RNTL Studio does not offer postal try-ons for interstate clients.
