We completely understand that accidents happen, which is why we offer added protection with your rental. While minor wear and tear can be reasonably expected, any damage (costing over $100 to remedy) made to our pieces during your rental is your responsibility to cover.

But for a small fee, you can have peace of mind, protecting yourself with up to $100 cover for any repairs or replacements required due to accidental damage during your hire.

INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

What’s Covered:

Our Accidental Damage Protection covers damage which occurs accidentally, such as:

  • A bad stain which isn’t removable with cleaning the garment
  • Accidental tears or rips caused to seams
  • Beading or jewels being damaged or coming off the hire piece
  • Broken zips or seams caused when taking the item off at the end of the event

What’s NOT Covered:

Even with damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care.

  • Items which are stolen or lost after delivery or collection
  • Returns lost in transit with no evidence of lodgement (e.g. tracking or receipt)
  • Damage or irreparable staining caused by reckless or careless behaviour
  • Stains from wet fake tan or damage from fashion tape (only Clutch Glue is permitted)
  • Dragging garments through mud/dirt causing irreparable damage
  • Damage from embellished clutches or jewellery catching on garments
  • Attempting to alter a style causing permanent damage

CLAIMS

In most cases, our team will remedy the item without needing to contact you. Simply return the item as planned and we will process it seamlessly.

Please do not attempt to clean or repair items yourself. Our team specialises in cleaning and repairs, and it is easier for us to assess the damage directly.

If a replacement is required and exceeds $100, our team will contact you to arrange payment of the difference so the item can be replaced promptly.
